2026 Drag Race Awards

Seeing that “win light” come on, knowing that you’ve won and you’ve beaten your competitor and that you’re the best. That is what the sport of drag racing is all about!

What started back in 2015 with the Drag Race Advertising Program, which provided financial support to standout racers, continues in 2026 albeit under a new program. Going forward, we will continue to provide financial support to exceptional achievements at the Curaçao International Raceway, with three awards* up for grabs this year.

• Premio Cleotis Chong (Premio CC), presented by 16 EAST, awards $500 to the first local* driver in the applicable classes*, that achieves a perfect reaction time (.000) and runs exactly on their dial-in during a winning run.

• Premio Fultrot, presented by Imperial Sales & Services, awards $250 to the competitor* across all classes*, with the best combined reaction time and running closest to their dial-in.

• Premio Fultrot Jr. Dragster, this program offers at the end of the year a special trophy and $100 to the local competitor* in the Jr. Dragster league, with the best reaction time on a winning run in the first round.

* local refers to a A-B-C island resident driver, programs refers to a DRAC organized race or otherwise mentioned, awards are handed out on a “first come, first served bases”, certain rules and conditions apply.

With this award program Fultrot continues providing financial support to a corner stone of local motorsports, in line with its goal of preserving and improving it.
